Who We Partner With

For over 30 years, we’ve built more than structures. We’ve built relationships earned through years of hard work and dedication and simply doing common tasks uncommonly well. With three facilities, our long-standing relationships span Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.

Owners

Often, the owner is the “end user” of the precast project. We rely on the owner’s input and feedback throughout the design process to help the architect create a precast building system that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Developers

In this market, the purpose of the building is a key factor. Whether the project is “BTS” (Build to Suit) or a speculative building, different needs apply to the design and the ability to market the building after construction. Our flexibility in design allows us to help the project team maximize the marketability of each project. We often work directly with the developer or owner to provide shop drawings for permit submittal.

“You guys do such an amazing job! You are one of the reasons ATMI is known through the country for such a fantastic product, that companies are willing to wait months to get your product and service. We always want things bigger, better, faster, and when we actually achieve it we don’t take time to celebrate it when we do it. So, take time this weekend to celebrate your achievements that you have helped create at ATMI!!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!”

General Contractors

We are often contracted directly with the general contractor for each precast building project.

Architects

We continue to assist the architectural community with design support, ensuring the best-suited building material for each project. Architects rely on us to provide input early in project development, often requiring insights from architectural renderings.

Engineers

As a trusted resource in the structural engineering community, we rely on continuous feedback for all structures and challenges being imposed by each municipality and differing design codes.
