As a PCI-certified facility, we follow PCI safety standards as part of our certification, but our commitment to our team members extends beyond compliance with regulations. It’s a fundamental part of who we are, reflecting our respect and care for every individual who is part of ATMI. For example, the PCI requirement for every facility to have one person with class 2 training. So, naturally, we have 12. Our ATMI Safety Training Program empowers our team members with the knowledge they need to prevent injuries and help keep other team members safe. However, we know continuous education is key. So, our teams regularly attend “toolbox talks,” where we participate in safety refreshers. We believe in a proactive approach to safety, aiming to protect our team members and anyone who steps into one of our plants or onto the jobsite with us.
