Our project managers (PMs) serve as that contact, taking care of “it” – whatever “it” is. The PM will coordinate with the customer, design team, and other subcontractors to ensure the project stays on schedule and on budget. Our production plant and engineering department rely on the PM to disseminate vital information, helping the plant meet its production goals and maintain both schedule and volume. The PM plays a crucial role in pre-construction planning and site logistics, recognizing that each precast construction project and site is unique.
