What began over 30 years ago as a company focused solely on the automatic teller modules industry (ATMI) has grown into the largest full-service precast builder in the Midwest. Since we opened our doors in 1990, much has changed, but one thing remains constant: our mission to not only deliver successful projects but to deliver As Promised.
ATMI Precast
Before we became known as ATMI Precast, our company was originally founded as Automatic Teller Modules Inc., specializing in creating concrete structures to house ATMs. In the mid-1990s, we expanded our horizons and ventured into the warehouse market, broadening our expertise and services. Today, ATMI Precast is our headquarters in Aurora, Illinois, where we continue to innovate and grow within the precast industry.
ATMI Indy
In the early 2000s, we underwent another significant transformation, establishing our second location in Greenfield, Indiana. ATMI Indy allowed us to broaden our capabilities and reinforce our commitment to delivering high-quality precast solutions across a wider geographic area. Since then, ATMI Indy has become a vital part of our operations, allowing us to enhance our service offerings and better meet the demands of an ever-changing market. With our location in Greenfield, Indiana, our services extend throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
ATMI Waubonsee
In 1991, we established Waubonsee Development, an ATMI-affiliated company, as our dedicated precast erector. This strategic expansion allowed us to provide our clients with a seamless, end-to-end solution, from design and manufacturing to the precise and efficient erection of precast structures. Waubonsee Development is responsible for all ATMI Precast erection services and only erects projects for ATMI Precast. With 33 years of servicing the precast erection industry, Waubonsee Development completes approximately 75 projects each year while utilizing four completely equipped crews daily.
