Mission Statement

At ATMI Precast, our mission is simple. It’s to keep you informed down to the smallest detail. To do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it. To live and work guided by our simple principles – honesty, integrity and transparency – while remembering the importance of the expected. To not only deliver a successful project but deliver it As promised.

Our culture is built on a foundation that’s as strong as the concrete we work with. We believe in fostering a dynamic and challenging environment where every team member is encouraged to contribute their ideas and expertise. Safety and quality are prioritized in everything we do, ensuring our team is protected and our projects exceed industry standards. Our commitment to continuous improvement drives us to explore new technologies and practices, allowing us to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers.

At ATMI Precast, we don’t just build structures; we build lasting relationships and a strong sense of community within our team.

“I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and your staff for taking the time yesterday to give us a tour of your facility and walk us through your Quality Control process. Your expertise and professionalism is clearly expressed in both your facility itself and your knowledgeable staff. To possess state of the art equipment is impressive in itself, but the pride in ownership is evident in the way that your entire team conducts it’s day to day operations. On behalf of the Client, and the Quality Assurance Team, thank you advance for your diligence to quality and providing us with the confidence that product delivered will meet and/or exceed expectations.”

Community

The core values of ATMI Precast are Safety, Quality, and Cost in that specific order. Our production plant recognizes our team with consecutive days with no recordable injuries. When the plant achieves a minimum of (30) days with no recordable injuries, we celebrate with a luncheon for all. We will select employees at random to spin a wheel for cash prizes. Our record is 156 consecutive days with no recordable injuries.

ATMI Precast proudly supports our community by showcasing our work locally. We have been supporting Marklund Children’s Home since 1987. Marklund is a nonprofit organization that serves infants, children, teens, and adults with severe and profound developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs. In 2022, we provided the precast for (3) buildings for Marklund which include the Maintenance Building and Locker Room Additions located in Geneva, Illinois, and the new Day School located in Elgin, Illinois.
