We operate twenty-one full-service production beds, each up to 400 feet long, with an impressive annual production capacity of 250,000 square feet per week. Each bed is uniquely designed to meet specific requirements for strand tension, width, length, and finish, ensuring optimal performance for every project.
Our state-of-the-art indoor facilities in Illinois and Indiana enable us to produce high-quality precast solutions year-round, even during the challenging Midwest winters.
Our Illinois location’s in-house structural steel and rebar shop guarantees the most efficient and streamlined precast process.
