Since 1991, Waubonsee Development has been our exclusive erector, boasting the lowest Experience Modification Rate (EMR) for precast erectors in the region. The Waubonsee team takes immense pride in maintaining safety standards both on and off the job site.
Partnering with an affiliated company allows us to directly manage the erector and offer expert input on erection logistics for every project.
Our Waubonsee location is equipped with multiple Manitowoc crawler cranes and all-terrain cranes, ensuring we have the right tools to handle any job efficiently.

The erector exclusively serves ATMI Precast and completes around 75 projects annually. Operating with four fully equipped crews daily, Waubonsee Development provides all necessary cranes, welders, work trucks, lifts, and safety equipment to ensure seamless operations. ATMI Precast supports this effort with 150 trailers, delivering materials to each jobsite in 15-minute intervals, ensuring continuous erection.
Waubonsee Development’s comprehensive services include site logistics plans, certified crane and lift plans, project sequencing, site surveys, and an extensive Quality Control program that guarantees project security daily. With an average employee tenure of 12 years and the lowest EMR in the Midwest for a precast erector, Waubonsee Development sets the industry’s standard for safety and quality.
