This position is responsible for working with the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with safety, quality and costs for the plant.

Takes ownership of their work, owning Projects from inception through completion across all departments, and serves as the point person for project intelligence. The PM promotes a high-performance culture, supports Company and department initiatives, and holds themselves and the team accountable for achieving quality results.
Summary
This position is an engineering track position, responsible for: applying and learning engineering design methodologies; use in-house engineering software; performing engineering design for components and connections, 3D finite element modeling of components, 3D modeling of structures under some guidance of senior staff; performing document preparation in both CAD and BIM environments; and, as requested, manage staff to successfully perform assigned tasks.
Summary
This non-engineering track position is responsible to assist in preparing construction documents for ATMI projects under the direction of senior staff. This includes CAD and BIM modeling of plans, components and connections, as well reports needed for production and erection. Duties include coordination of architectural, civil, structural and MEP plans, elevations, and details.
Summary
This is a hands-on position that involves working with the Plant Manager, Quality Control Department, and other Internal partners to meet quality and production goals for Architectural/Structural precast/prestressed product in an efficient and professional manner.
This position requires management over the quality control of all Pre-Pour and Lab Inspectors via scheduling, training, and answering day-to-day questions.
