A new commerce center located in North Aurora, Illinois. Development consists of a 165k and 265k warehouse both single loaded and 36’ clear height. Panels are 9 ½” insulated load bearing wall panels, gray form finish with reveals. Project was a greenfield site with some residential demolition and was started in the Spring of 2023 with full occupancy for summer 2024.

Project was developed by Phelan Investments and designed by Cornerstone Architects. Project was constructed by Morgan Harbour and erected by Waubonsee Development.
